剛剛小弟在測試VMware時，使用實體硬碟去跟虛擬系統配合
結果原本G槽是NTFS的檔案格是，到虛擬系統後便出現這個
原本是NTFS的檔案系統檢查時卻變成FAT的格式?

原本G槽在實體主機上還是正常的，但重開機後，在實體主機上也出現了上面的情形
不知道這種情形怎麼處理，網路上爬的文都說要格式化掉，但如此一來裡頭的重要資料變
不見了。

所以上來請教各位大大有什麼好主意提供給小弟

ps:有試過用spfdisk把它改回來，可是在spfdisk看時也還是ntfs，所以無法變更
進去spfdisk之前，他有說分割表重覆或錯誤之類的。
