問一下
目前市面上哪套軟體可以支援
剪輯過場特效等一般編輯功能
然後轉檔時可以利用目前的88 86 85 29 26 24 19 18 16 13 等系列
有支援DXVA（全稱DirectX VA）顯示卡來加速轉檔
