當然嚴重囉
現在銀行批房貸都非常緊 就算是你的信用分數高 都要你準備一堆有的沒有的文件證明 而剛好我公司是做土發 更能親身感覺得到 每天都在聽建築商抱怨 還是手上有點現金好
