soltek SL-75DRV2
Hi... I just got this motherboard like 2 days ago, and I did not have much time to play with it till today, and I found out that I cannot set the FSB to 133 for my AMD ATHLON XP 1600+, so i went to the website and downloaded the newest bios, which I believe is K4. The bios is supposed to solve this problem, but I still cannot get over 118FSB, and the maximum value is 132, which means that my actual clock speed is less than 1200GHZ. Does anyone know what Should I do now?

FSB -->266, external clock -->133 if you can set it as 132 of external clock, that will be fine. 132x10.5=1386MHz, did you change the power supply? set the BIOS as default setting and let MB to auto detect CPU. Good Luck! |
