偷車賊大家認為該怎麼罰
近年偷車賊實在是有夠多阿
想想一般人買台價值80萬上下的車 光是貸款就要繳個3-5年 但是小偷卻用不到1分鐘的時間就把你的愛車給偷了 我每次看新聞都覺得偷車賊很該死 但是小偷就是越來越囂張 因此不知道大家怎麼看偷車賊呢??? 提供以下答案(我想的)讓大家參考 1.抓到槍斃 2.抓到砍斷手腳 3.依照目前刑罰來論處 4.其他 我是漫有人性的...所以認為第一次抓到就3 再犯就2
