請問主機板內建的SATA可做RAID 0嗎?
還是說得一定要另買個SATA卡才能開機出現選項做陣列?

不是每個主機板的SATA都支援RAID，要看說明說， 至於效能部份，大部份情況正好相反， 大部分人的PCI介面有133MB先天限制，還要共用， 晶片組內建的(如INTEL)SATA反而能達到150MB， 也才能表現出SATA(or RAID)的的效能，因此， 別以為ON BOARD的一定比較爛，插卡要看介面。

主機板的最少都支援Raid 0, 1 JBOD,
至於有沒有01, 或是其他的RAID, 就看主機板廠商用的晶片了
