請推薦 Marvell 主控的 ssd
240G左右,TLC 無妨
只做上網系統碟 以前一直用 美光， 現在好像沒有了。 謝謝 |

Marvell主控的輝煌時代是在88SS918X,那時是MLC方案.
進入TLC時代後,慧榮和群聯已經取代SandForce以及Marvell,吃掉大半市場. Marvell風光不再,為了開拓市場,將定位工控等低性能市場的88NV1120晶片推向中國大陸,這套方案是全盤SLC+Dramless,通常只有小廠在用. 所以現在TLC要是有誰說它用Marvell方案的,除非價格真的很便宜,不然比它好的選擇還有很多. 好一點的,據說東芝Q300Pro上所用的TC358790XBG主控,是以Marvell主控為基礎研發的,還可以刷成SLC(容量當然是降低一半).可惜已停產,台灣不好買,大陸假貨太多,不建議自行淘寶. 目前德亞最便宜,但那種價格,可以買到三星企業級了,你應該不會想要. 此文章於 2019-01-23 12:48 AM 被 coutsight 編輯. |
