在撰寫 Performance Comparison on Retrieving Contacts from SugarCRM with QNAP TS-112, TS-212P, and TS-119PII 與QNAP TS-269L as a LAMP Application Server Performance Report 的過程中，我感受到 SugarCRM 在 Atom NAS 上的效能比ZurmoCRM 更能滿足同時四人存取的系統效能。雖然他沒有工作流程引擎 Workflow Engine、報表、儀表板、Gamification，但對於還沒有導入 CRM 的業務團隊，不失為一個入門上手的好方案。

我把測試中遇到的問題紀錄在 Troubleshooting SugarCRM，也會不斷更新這份文件，讓有心使用 SugarCRM 的網友，可以藉由 NAS 相對簡易的操作，快速導入！

目前累積的問題包括：

Q. 為何無法執行設定程式？
A. 因為安裝資料夾權限問題
P.S. 安裝在 Linux 下比較有機會遇到，一般 NAS 已經設定好可避免這個衝突

Q. 如何重新設定 SugarCRM？
A. 修改 config.php 的 ‘installer_locked’ 設定值
