早上收到時打開發現其中一個已經變成碎片，馬上寫信給客服詢問要如何處理
1.退貨是否要多付錢 2.可否退換壞的那一個

沒多久就收到客服就回信，給了$11.5的折扣(訂單上有看到)還有$5的下次購物優惠
但是下面這段我就看不懂了

意思是我如果要保留手上收到的（一個好的一個壞的），要退運費的話，還得要另開一個新的訂單？(那不是得要多付錢?)
