而若有多餘的RAM, 總是可以拿給RAMDISK去利用, 即使你的32bits OS 抓不到4GB以上
或是程式只能吃到2GB還有剩.

Specifies whether user-mode and kernel-mode drivers and kernel-mode system code can be paged to disk when not in use.
可保留預設值, 這個對效能沒影響.
