電壓低應該是PBO會慢一點啟動，或是啟動的核心數比較少吧~我猜啦
BIOS一樣是昨天設的Offset -0.2V |
所以msi的軟體會覆寫掉BIOS那-0.2的offset，變如BIOS裡直接指定固定一樣!?如果這樣說就行得通, 不再讓PBO控制電壓. 如果沒有微星的軟體, 那PBO就會用預設想用的, 然後減掉0.2來跑. 體質差一點的可能就壓降過多效能大減. 我印象中用offset降壓後讓PBO自理, 我的多核只剩3400-3600 
你這樣手動設定電壓後, CPU-Z的電壓和頻率還會變化嘛？
