說明也提到:
The OLED panel dims without using any PWM,
which is great because PWM adds double image artifacts.
Some small flicker is measurable, but this shouldn't be visible.

也就是說完全不使用PWM

Like most OLEDs, the A1 doesn't flicker the image in order to dim.
Unlike the LG OLEDs we have tested,
it is possible to add flicker which works well to clear up persistence blur with fast motion.
To do so, set 'MotionFlow' to 'Custom' and 'Clearness' to 'High'.

這邊也說了A1不會閃爍
圖表也明確測試背光0%、50%、100%下都不會閃爍
除非是開啟插黑功能，就會強制用60Hz，閃爍非常明顯+亮度大減

我懷疑你看到的A1是不是有開到插黑
