4. Improved the NTP function;
5. Optimized the internet detection function;

Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed the bug that forgot password function in the login page can't work normally after binding the TP-Link Cloud ID;
2. Fixed the bug that can't login in the tether app when the router work on AP mode;
3. Fixed the bug that the router continuously send DHCP message to obtain IP address when working in AP mode.
