如果邊界管制嚴的話，是可以鬆綁非公共不戴口罩。前提是備好1-2萬劑單株抗體，一旦爆發就把疫情打下去。如果是要回國不用隔離那種鬆綁，那要準備一天死近百人的心理準備。中國可以不戴就是管的嚴，否則中國老早就打好打滿，但是隔離，核酸和封城一樣一個也不少。
