Dear EXPRESS.COM Customer,
Thank you for contacting us.
The average time for Airmail delivery is 4-14 business days. However, there
may be unexpected delays with customs, or because of the typo in your
address. We ask that you wait 30 business days from the time the order was
shipped. Please let us know if you have not received the orders at that
time.
If the error with the address causes the package to be undeliverable, the
package should be returned to EXPRESS.COM. If the package is returned, we
will issue a refund for the order.
