NTSC BIOS for ELSA GLADIAC 511 TV-Out 32 MB

This BIOS-version enables TwinView with current drivers. This option allows to activate the videomirror in 'clone' mode. With the videomirror e.g. a DVD movie that runs in a window on the monitor is shown as fullscreen picture on TV. It is also possible to activate an overscan function when using the videomirror. This removes black borders.
PAL/NTSC is only relevant for dos-mode !
