check firmware(Bios) :

Power up your 715/713 with no disc in the tray. (do not input disc)
Wait until it says "no disc" on the LED(or TV) display.

Press Setup / Slow / Skip Backward (|<< ) / 3.

You can see BIOS version on TV screen
