As you may know, our company is currently undergoing a reorganization and during this time we are unable to acquire new product. In the meantime, we suggest you delete the backordered item(s) and replace the item(s) with in stock product at this time. We do not have an estimated restock date for backordered titles, therefore, it would be best to adjust your order for immediate shipment.
Since we do not have restock dates on some of the out of stock titles, we have sent some orders with available inventory now.
We were not able to convert open orders placed prior to February 28, 2001 to the new system.
We are currently in the process of bringing in open orders from March 1, 2001 forward and you can amend the order by going through My Account. This conversion process should be completed by end of day Friday, April 13th.
