另外24fps和23.976到底是插在哪裡啊，那百分之一的差異是怎麼回事呢？

IVTC簡單的說...就是將VCD的29.976fps(NTSC)或25fps(PAL)
轉變成flim的23.976fps的逐行訊號這樣可以減少影片的Interlace現象...因此就不用再作一次Deinterlace了...
但我很少用DVDx...所以我不知道3:2 pull down是不是就是IVTC
而據我所知Divx 5.02好像沒法做IVTC吧...TMPGEnc可以做...
像我用DVD2AVI將DVD轉成VCD時...用NTSC-Film做...她就會自動幫你做IVTC了...如果你是要轉成AVI...建議先用TMPGEnc做IVTC後
再丟給VirtualDub處理...請參考射手網的教學
而24fps就是23.976fps...
