I got similar problem too. My Panasonic CD-RW(8x4x32) sometimes will hang up when I tried to test burn cds with Easy CD Creator or NTI CD Maker 2000. When I want to burn cds without testing with 2 software I mentioned above, the cd burning process just hangs up for a long time except CD creator. It seems that I have to change a cd-rw too.T_T
