YES,更正一下,ELT是Emergency Locator Transmitter沒錯,剛剛查了一下規範~~
This device on the MD airplane call the MCDU not FMC. I just asking my friend. He working for 747-400. He tell me on the 747 this device also call MCDU.
FMC(Flight Management Computer) this device also install on the MD airplane. We call AFMC(Advanced Flight Management Computer). But MCDU not FMC both is different device and different function.
