now taiwan become :those "good reading guys" have qualifications to good university and department...but how about others!?maybe reading book they really not interesting or good enough,but their gift and skill also contribute this society..

this system really need time to work and action,can't only few years and wanna return to before..

taiwan not only need engineers....we also need "other guys",and also them can build a complete world.
