應該是本來就會要求我們寄回去,只不過之前是會附免費的郵資(沒辦法用的)
所以為了成本他們都會寄一份......
從你的信件看來,還是得寄回去,只是郵資得報給他知,他會給你吧!
不過只有刮傷你就要求重寄喔??重寄的比率是多少??
我是覺得從國外買回來的東西,會跳離卡楯的機率是很高的....
我用郵寄的每次都會跳掉,除非是用快遞.....就沒發生過
