都不會要求我寄回去,
這一次我買的片子已經彈出卡榫造成刮傷,
我要求再寄一份,
這一次他們要我寄回去,
是改變政策了嗎?
還是我刮傷的比率太高?

We would also ask that you return the damaged items.
