Termination Patent License Agreement

Jan 11, 2001: Due to persistent non-compliance, a Notice of Termination has been issued to Ritek Corporation ("Ritek") in relation to its CD-R Disc License Agreement. Henceforth, all CD-R discs manufactured and/or sold by Ritek are unlicensed products. We hereby categorically reserve all rights against Ritek and/or any person/entity supplied with infringing goods from Ritek.
