VobSub 2.14

DirectVobSub: Support for all common color space formats: rgb555/rgb565/rgb24/rgb32/yv12/yuy2, and a property page for switching between them (using winxp's renderer it is possible even during the playback); SMI format also accepts color names instead of just a hex code; Won't crash if one of a double-byte coded character is actually some kind of control code (like these "{","|","}")
