I've bought it today, the box outside is similar with T2: Ultimate Edition (Sliver Box, 便當盒版). The video quality of this version(Widescreen, 1:85:1, Enhanced for 16x9 TVs) is better than that of the old version; the sound is also good(English: Dolby Digital Surrend EX, 6.1 DTS-ES; French: Dolby Surround 2.0). The only down side of this version is the subtitles(only french subtitle is available, but the movie itself is close-captioned).
