所需軟體
1.PhotoImpact 或 PhotoShop...等擇其一即可
2.Media Studio 或 Premiere...等擇其一即可
3.優秀的Codec 例:PVMJPG,HUFFYUV
4.Tmpgenc
步驟:
1.靜態素材(照片)704x480通用格式(bmp,jpg...等)
2.動態素材(照片)1408x960通用格式(bmp,jpg...等)
3.在Media Studio 或 Premiere 上編輯好後輸出成avi(352x240)
4.用Tmpgenc壓成VCD 2.0
5.燒進光碟

註:
如果你要做的是SVCD或DVD
那素材的大小跟輸出的avi大小都必須跟著改變

註2:
素材(照片)的清晰度會影響到成品的品質
故不建議使用經過柔焦處理的相片
本範例檔中有許多照片已經過柔焦處理
所以會有些朦朧感....
