I live in Canada. Presently, I want to buy a TV Card.
I do a lot of research on it.

Initially, I want to buy the Haupauge WinTV PVR.
Now, I have changed my mind because I find that the WinTV PVR is expensive and the quality is so .. =P

Most of the guys on this forum say that the UPMOST Good TV Plus is at reasonable price with good quality. I try to search on the market in Canada. I get no luck.

Then I e-mail to the UPMOST offical site and ask for international order.
Well, international order is offered but the price is probably higher.
