關於網路上盛傳的UPS貨物破損事件.....我覺得你還是換一家的好~
我個人是沒用過UPS,不知道是不是真的,不過圖片指證歷歷,也很難不相信
我用過DHL,蠻不錯的,當時是買NOMAD II,也沒聽說要扣稅的事,不知道是好運沒被課稅還是怎樣~
