One registry tweak fixes all refresh rate problems with the 98/SE drivers !
Tired of that 60hz flickering ?
Or screwed up refresh rates in games ?

In the registry (use regedit)...search for
"IDCRegOptionDontUseOSMonitorInfo"

This entry by default is set to "01 00 00 00" by the radeon drivers.

Change this to "00 00 00 00".

Reboot.

Now you can set your desired refresh rates !
