is the problem, then Abit could say we do not support XP on this MB model, but if you are an user, we have an unsupported method....

and telling people to use XPs that have multipliers less than 12.5, and not with the all L1 connected mod. While gaving the full reason why they cannot officially support the XP models (palos and morgans).
