RPC-1 : Mean the region code is managed by the DVD software.
RPC-2 : Mean the region code is managed by the DVD drive firmware. (5 possible change before the drive lock. For region free, a firmware upgrade is needed).

我的原本在win98se中都ok(硬體已經破區碼了,軟體也破了)

軟體部分都是用騙(改)的吧，每次更改區碼都要騙(改)一次

而且我第一次選的時候的也只有三個區可選(沒有用破全區的軟體)

你放3區片吧，沒有用破全區的軟體，當然只有3區可選
基本上只要driveinfo2.1看This driver has no region protection就是全區了(永久)
只要在更改區碼時記的用選區軟體就ok了(暫時)
