小弟於10/20，向TAU下了訂單。
可是過將近一個半月尚未收到所訂購的DVD
於是前天請朋友寫信向TAU詢問，結果今天收到以下的回信
因為小弟的英文造詣不是很好，所以請各位好友幫小弟解讀一下

我的情形也一樣，前天寄信去罵人，結果收到的回信和你一模一樣。
他們似乎是將未收到的原因歸於寄丟，寫此封信是表示他們已經補寄一份。
應該是這樣。
