請幫我解讀一下TAU寄給我的信

小弟於10/20,向TAU下了訂單。
可是過將近一個半月尚未收到所訂購的DVD
於是前天請朋友寫信向TAU詢問,結果今天收到以下的回信
因為小弟的英文造詣不是很好,所以請各位好友幫小弟解讀一下
以解小弟心中之疑惑。謝謝
