Added "ElbyCheck" program, which will check the CD-ROM class filter drivers on every login (Windows 2000/XP).

Philips DVD combo writers didn't work in RAW-DAO mode
Autostart couldn't be changed in CloneCDTray, if user was not logged in as Administrator
