米酒會缺貨是有人囤積以及漲價的心理因素所導致.一票人狂買米酒,你說能不缺貨嗎?
還是說取消用戶口名簿來限制,那又可以想像一堆人在罵!所以現在至少你買的到米酒,
總比買不到好.關於存款,如果平時的存款都在數十萬左右,突然有一天進帳數百萬,這可疑吧!如果有風聲說加入WTO後,稻米會漲價5倍,那或許會需要"糧票",因為不肖商人大量囤積,以及一般民眾的預期心理,要不缺,很難 .

民眾預期心理造成需求上漲,需求線上移
不肖廠商囤積貨源造成供給大幅縮水,供給線下滑,
造成均衡價格三級跳.....
米酒在短期內應屬於價格彈性小於一的財貨.....
除了這種不得已的"酒票"之外,
1.現階段直接調漲價格,讓人沒有理由囤積
2.大力掃蕩囤積廠商,直接引用動員戡亂時期的法源
上述2個方法必然會對廠商及消費者各有缺點
現階段的方法算是折衷吧~
