1.It can take a single P3 or a new Celeron(install the cpu 0)cpu.But you can't take 1 P3 with 1 celeron cpu on it.Dual celeron can't support,too.
2.It's not always for server.Of course you can use it to play the game,but it look too waste for the dual cpu function.Not many games can support the dual cpu functon.
