菜價會漲是因為供應減少，需求量不變
抽水機會漲是因為，供應不變，需求大增
效果是相同的，供給不足
需求以決定供給量及供給價格
如果產油減少...油價必然會上升
但如果對石油依賴小，價格自然會回複
有人要的東西當然會貴....沒人要的東西自然會便宜
