同樣的硬體，我在Windows ME上就都辦不到（掉格很嚴重）
不知道是驅動程式還是作業系統的影響

If using I Frame Only, it means using *no* correlation between frames to compress the video and therefore can do the compression without Motion Estimation which consuming much computation time during the compression task. In easy words, it can compress faster or use less CPU time.
But the drawback is, the compression is not so efficiency. When the bitrate is vary large(for example: >10Mbps), this doessn't matter much. But when the bitrate is small, the quality of video is very bad and you will see lots of blocks in the video.

另外，我認為在這個情況中錄音時把取樣頻率改成48KHz應該不能解決影音不同步的問題
