Win2000有分權限
Administrator(啊~好難拼的字.....因該沒有錯)
擁有系統最高權限
在安裝時應該會要求輸入管理者密碼
還有開機預設登入使用者
這時記得不要選擇Administrator~
Win2000我不是很清楚啦
如果就linux的話~
一般使用者的環境變數不允許變更系統設定，所以也不可能format硬碟
Win2000應該也有相同的機制
