Removed the macrovision errors. Fixed a crash when an illegal output width was given to the resize algorithm.
Optimized the resize algorithm regarding the borders of a picture. Added the possibility to use Xing's video
filter instead of WinDVD. This makes it possible to rip from HD without those region errors. It even seems
that subtitles now work in Xing. Don't know how. Added the possibility to export audio in 48000 or 44100 Hz
WAVE format in a .wav file.
