How does it work:

1. Get the latest CVS version

2. Modify your config.xml file in your Xbox Media Player
directory on Xbox. Add one line right after the "language" entry,

<subtitleencoding>UTF-8</subtitleencoding>

"UTF-8" should be replaced with the encoding of your
subtitle file (e.g. GBK for Simplified Chinese subtitles,
BIG5 for Traditional Chinese ones). A list of all
supported encodings is available at

3. Choose a TTF font from your Windows font directory
(C:\Windows\fonts) that can display your language.
Rename it to subtitle-font.ttf and upload it to your
XBMP\Media\ directory.
