就是消費者訂貨後,因為貨品寄送延遲,消費要求退款,而消費者在公司答應退款後~~
跑去別的地方買,然後東西又收到了,這時消費者手上有兩套同樣的商品~~
消費者若遵循誠信原則乖乖地退回商品,就算補償寄回的郵資~~
那消費者跑到郵局寄東西所花的時間跟車錢要誰付呢??
所以商家應不應該額外給消費者一些補貼呢??
既然您的英文不錯,那可不可以麻煩問一下Amazon如何處理這種狀況??

Perhaps we should look at this incident as two separate parts.
1. You did not get your package on time
2. You bought R3 BOB
Regarding number 1, I know that you did not get your DVD on time. Amazon.ca did try to solve your problem by offering to refund to you. After you finally got your package, you did the right thing and told them that you have received the package. Therefore, Amazon.ca gave you free shipping to compensate for your 'loss'. If I wanted to return a package, I do not think any e-tailer would refund my shipping charges back to the company. Honestly, do you really think that Amazon.ca would care about the time and expense it took for you to ship back the package? Those are the risks we have to take when we buy things on line right?
As for number 2, Amazon.ca did not ask you to buy R3 BOB. Therefore I do not believe that they should take the responsibility for that.
