就是消費者訂貨後,因為貨品寄送延遲,消費要求退款,而消費者在公司答應退款後~~
跑去別的地方買,然後東西又收到了,這時消費者手上有兩套同樣的商品~~
消費者若遵循誠信原則乖乖地退回商品,就算補償寄回的郵資~~
那消費者跑到郵局寄東西所花的時間跟車錢要誰付呢??
所以商家應不應該額外給消費者一些補貼呢??
既然您的英文不錯,那可不可以麻煩問一下Amazon如何處理這種狀況??

Basically, I would say it depend which customer representative from Amazon reads your email. Cause I had one experince that I got a free coupon USD 25 from Amazon.com as I wrote complaint letter to them. Although they didn't refund the postage, but they gave me the free coupon.
So, if I want to compare the service between ca and com, I would say Amazon.com is way much better than Amazon.ca
