鮭魚一面
4vz (沒看過這單位) 橄欖油
1 湯匙迷迭香 (用來考火雞的香料)
2 茶匙粗鹽 (2 湯匙會鹹死)
半茶匙胡椒粉

1. 把鮭魚去皮除骨並分切成4-6(不明重量單位)之肉塊
2. 將油與香料加熱直到有香味再冷卻
3. 準備蔬菜: 將三顆紅洋蔥切條成3/4吋, 將兩顆胡瓜斜切成片
4. 在鮭魚上塗抹一半的油並冷藏, 將剩下的油抹在蔬菜上放在室溫即可
5. 要食用時以鑽石形狀燒烤蔬菜及鮭魚, 將其置入375度F(攝氏191度)的烤箱烤熟.
