Ingredient(材料):
1 side of Salmon 1片魚
4vz olive oil 4vz的橄欖油
1Tb rosemary 1tb的迷迭香
2tsp coarse salt 2湯匙的粗鹽
1/2tsp cayenne pepper 1/2湯匙的胡椒粉
Procedure(步驟):
1. Remove salmon skin, pin bones and cut into 4-6wz portions
去除魚皮 , 魚骨 並且切成 4~6段
2. Heat oil with seasonings until aromatic and cool
將油加熱並加入調味料直到香味出來並且讓他冷卻
3. Prepare vegetables: cut 3 red onions 3/4"thick & 2# zucchini
cut on a bias
準備蔬菜:切3段約 3/4" 的紅蔥頭並且打扁 & 將胡瓜斜切成片
