Amazon.ca is perhaps the only Canadian e-tailer that re-ships to Taiwan without much hassle.
A&B Sound doesn't even reship to Taiwan because 寄丟的機率太高
DVDSoon doesn't even accept orders from Tawan because 寄丟的機率太高
Since you are concerned about re-shipping and customer service, I would not recommend other websites, given the comments people in Taiwan have about DDD.
