In ATI's WebPage, they claim this driver as "Special Purpose/Not Supported". It means this is a trival verison, you may try it on your own risk.

Known Limitation: Motion video capture is not fully supported in this initial release. This is a known limitation of the current version and will be addressed in a future release.
