交通管理處罰條例第60條寫：
不遵守道路交通標誌、標線、號誌之指示者。
處新台幣900元以上1800以下罰鍰。
通常會被開單為未依規定車道行駛的那一條。
那條是罰600元以上1200以下，通常只罰600元
